Due to the nature of the products offered by Spartanex Labs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any products once an order has been placed and processed.

Why We Do Not Accept Returns

To maintain product integrity, quality control, and safety standards, Spartanex Labs cannot accept returned items. Products that leave our facility cannot be verified for proper handling, storage conditions, or chain of custody.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive an order that is damaged during transit or if you believe you received an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected]. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue so we can review and resolve the matter.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Spartanex Labs is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered after they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or refunded.
